Krátce o interpretovi
Intelligent Music Project je bulharsko-chilská superskupina, která byla založena v roce 2012 bulharským byznysmenem a filantropem Milenem Vrabevskim. Ten však nikdy nebyl jejím aktivním členem, ale pouze stál za jejím vznikem. Aktuálně má skupina devět členů, ale na Eurovizi do Turína odjede v šestičlenné sestavě – Ronnie Romero, Bisser Ivanov, Slavin Slavcev, Ivo Stefanov, Dimitar Sirakov a Stoyan Yankulov. Právě poslední zmíněný je eurovizním fanouškům velmi dobře známý, protože již Bulharsko reprezentoval na Eurovizi 2007 a 2013. Od jejího založení ale skupinou prošla desítka dalších interpretů. Aktuální hlavní zpěvák Ronnie Romero je z Chile, žánrově se skupina Intelligent Music Project řadí pod progresivní rock, podobně jako další letošní eurovizní skupina Circus Mircus z Gruzie. Intelligent Music Project má dosud na svém kontě šest studiových alb a pět singlů.
V listopadu 2021 bylo oznámeno, že Intelligent Music Project budou reprezentovat Bulharsko na Eurovizi v Turíně a rovnou byla také zveřejněna jejich soutěžní píseň Intention. Ta se tak stala vůbec první písní pro nadcházející Eurovizi, která byla představena veřejnosti. Autorem této písně je zakladatel skupiny Milen Vrabevski.
