Daði & Gagnamagnið – Think About Things
Krátce o interpretovi
Daði & Gagnamagnið je islandské hudební uskupení pod vedením zpěváka Daðiho Freyra Péturssona. Celkem má tento severský projekt šest členů, a to dvě jsou vokalistky, a to konkrétně Sigrún a Hulda, a další tři členové působí jako tanečníci, přičemž tanečnice Árný je manželka frontmana skupiny. Pro jejich vzhled je charakteristický pastelově zelený úbor s pixelovými obrázky obličejů samotných členů skupiny.
Tato elektro-popová kapela se do povědomí diváku dostala v roce 2017, kdy se poprvé zúčastnila islandského národního kola s písní Is This Love? Tehdy se jim však nepodařilo zvítězit nad zpěvačkou Svalou a na Eurovizi do Kyjeva tedy nezavítali. Od té doby frontman Daði aktivně působí na islandské hudební scéně a vydává svoje singly. Letos toto uskupení opět zkusilo své štěstí a vyplatilo se. Tentokrát se stali miláčky nejen islandského publika. V národním kole Söngvakeppnin se jim podařilo s písní Think about Things nejprve postoupit do finále a následně jej i vyhrát.
